| Maiwei acquired Shenzhen
Topway ¡°Partner of Integrated NDS CA STB ¡± Business

| ¡¡¡¡Shenzhen Maiwi Cable TV equipment
Co. announced on January 2005 that it has reached
an agreement to acquire the ¡°Partner of Integrated
NDS CA STB ¡± Business of Shenzhen Topway Video Communication
Co., Ltd. The transaction organized by Topway was
expected to be very strict at evaluations on the
research & development, manufacture power, marketing
appropriation, supply service, and trade qualification
of each STB provider participated in this program.
The Set-Top-Boxes offered by Maiwei, with a competitive
advantage for global STB customers, has successful
passed the evaluation and even touched the highlight.
